I’m a textile artist. Therefore most of my works are based on textile materials, but I like to try out novelties as wood, metal and glass besides classic painting methods.
My favourite is to create architectural projects containing textile art installations.
The portfolio below contains a selection of all my projects.

Anna Maria Gawronski

I'm working and living in Berlin.

My studies were partly at the university Bellas Artes Granada, Spain, and Burg Giebichenstein Halle, Germany, at which I concluded my university degree in painting and textile art in 2010.

Afterwards, some of my works were exhibited in various museums including the BIENNALE INTERNAZIONALE BORGO DI MONTONE 2011, Italy and the BIENNALE OF PAINTING AND UNIQUE FABRIC GDYNIA 2011, Poland, in which my textile work was honoured with the GRAND PRIX of latter biennal.

In 2012, one of my projects was promoted with the work grand ARBEITSSTIPENDIUM DER KUNSTSTIFTUNG DES LANDES SACHSEN-ANHALT, Germany.

2013 I had the opportunity to share my knowledge, holding a workshop in TEXTILE ARCHITECTURE at the university Cairo in cooperation with the SEPIA - INSTITUT FÜR TEXTILE KÜNSTE.

One of my previous projects was organizing exhibits related to art installation for METROPOL PARK in Berlin, Germany 2014.

Recently I was pleased to become a management board member of the textile art department SEPIA - INSTITUT DER TEXTILEN KÜNSTE e.V. in Halle, Germany.

My current project GELD AM LAUFENDEN METER is an art installation for the new finance office in Halle, Germany. The project was honoured in 2016 with a SPECIAL RECOGNITION OF THE JURY.
